A Peek Inside My Kids’ Cozy and Playful Room

Walking into my kids’ room every morning feels like stepping into a storybook. We wanted a space that was not only playful and functional but could also grow with them. The star of the room is definitely the Belden Stair Loft Bunk—it’s a mini-adventure every time they climb up to their bed, and I love that it has built-in shelves for their favorite books and a small nook underneath for quiet reading moments. It’s like their own little hideaway and a play space all rolled into one!

To keep things organized (as best as possible, anyway!), we added the Charlie Extra-Wide Dresser. It’s sleek but offers a ton of storage space for all their clothes and accessories. The drawers slide smoothly, which makes it easy for them to learn how to put things away (well, most of the time!). And since the dresser has a timeless design, I can see us using it in different ways as they get older.

Beside the bunk, the Charlie Nightstand fits perfectly, providing just the right amount of space for a nightlight, their bedtime storybooks, and a glass of water. With a sturdy design that matches the dresser, it completes the room’s cohesive look while keeping everything they need close by.

Creating this room was a joy, and seeing how much they love it makes every little design decision worth it! It’s a space where they can play, dream, and grow—a little world all their own.
